Lovely work, really like the details in the classic render, i have to say the classic is wonderful to look at .. but the modern one is more practical and useful in real-life ^_^

I think same too classic is meant for huge spaces with double heights and levels in the floors :) also it costs tons of money and needs to be done perfectly by specialists in the site to look good , as for the modern it could easily and cheaply look amazing :)

Indeed, don't forget classical interiors where first used in palaces and large mansions, trying to fit a classical interior inside an apartment doesn't always work well like modern interiors.

lols, tell me about that .. some of the client demands architects and artists have to deal with sometimes can be really strange ... and eventually face-palming becomes a regular habit XD

I more like modern, but in this comparison I more like classic. I feel free space and warm light.

I have to say Classic, the way the areas are subdivided and the warmer tones are calling out to me!

very well done, maybe the brown sofa need less refection or more dispersion, if I'm being naggy;)
i like the stone tiling on the top render, I was looking for a good texture just like that yesterday.

good use of patterns and textures overall!
